Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Extensive culinary experience with a focus on food safety
  • Background in food preparation and cooking
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards and serving techniques
  • Experience in food production and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of bartending and barista skills is a plus
