Presales Manager

The Splunk Presales Manager plays a key role in helping customers understand how Splunk can solve their business problems. You will support the sales team, meet customers, provide technical guidance, and help design the right Splunk solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by leading the technical part of the sales process.
- Give product demos, presentations, and technical explanations.
- Understand customer requirements and match them with Splunk solutions.
- Work closely with customers to guide them on best practices and architecture.
- Design Splunk solutions and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Collaborate with partners and support them with technical knowledge.
- Stay updated on Splunk products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
- 5+ years in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering (ideally with Splunk).
- Strong understanding of IT operations, security, and data analytics.
- Good knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Splunk ES.
- Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
