Job Summary

We are seeking skilled CNC Turners/Millers/programmers and Manual turners to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in machining components to complex drawings, with the ability to create precise programmes for CNC machines. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

Duties

  • Develop and optimise CNC programmes for milling and turning
  • Programme and operate CNC machinery to produce components according to the relevant specifications.
  • Perform tooling changes and setup adjustments to ensure accuracy in production.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products using basic math skills to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in materials handling, assembly, as needed within the production environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CNC programming or manual turning for the suitable position
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic materials handling techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
