Junior Product Manager

Job Description
We are looking to add a product manager to the R&D team to work closely with one of our founders. The R&D team is currently focused on changing the expert engagement model and creating content at scale by engaging with experts on specific content types. The aim is to accelerate the growth of Third Bridge and further increase its competitive and strategic positioning. Across the different initiatives, the product manager will need to propose product solutions (including functional specifications), engage with experts and client users to collect feedback, work closely with engineers to develop and test POCs (Proof of Concepts) and then MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) with the help of the R&D engineering team and inform stakeholders across the business and senior management as appropriate.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be to:

• Project lead: understand and take the lead on specific R&D initiatives
• Lead research: work closely with the R&D leadership team and internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions and client/specialist engagement hypotheses
• Design solutions: imagine and propose detailed solutions that would form the basis for POCs and MVPs, then work closely with R&D engineers to make them a reality
• Test solutions: work closely with specialists, client users and the R&D engineering team to test POCs and MVPs
• Manage solution roll-outs: work closely with the business units to roll-out developed solutions across the business units
• Monitor current solutions, propose and implement ongoing improvements

• Strong business awareness and experience in dealing with client users and experts
• Strong listening and observation skills
• Able to understand, visualize and capture detailed processes
• Able to engage with engineers to drive towards POCs and MVPs
• Innovative, able to come up with creative solutions
• Resourceful and results oriented
• Self-starter, with a diligent and proactive approach to work
• Strong team player, able to set a product vision with its implementation
