About You

We are seeking experienced Support Workers who are passionate about helping others. As a Housing Support Worker, you'll be working in a team environment and your day will consist of assisting vulnerable adults with daily tasks and providing support with their mental health as well as encouragement as they pursue their goals.

Your Responsibilities as a Housing Support Worker:

  • Provide Person-centred approach to support those who are experiencing emotional apathy.
  • Provide weekly support to those struggling with living independently.
  • Managing risk assessments and support plans
  • Conducting weekly property visits
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
  • Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities in society.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Housing Support Worker

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy right

  • IT Experience Required
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Driving license (Required)
