WRS are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with hands-on experience placing personnel in the
ROV industry
to join our Marine division. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge of ROV operations with a career in recruitment, helping connect top subsea talent with leading global projects.

Your Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Leverage your expertise to understand client requirements and candidate skillsets.
  • Build, grow, and manage a network of ROV professionals worldwide.
  • Partner with clients to deliver tailored workforce solutions in offshore and subsea projects.
  • Drive business development through strong relationships and market knowledge.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Drive revenue through consistent BD activity, while ensuring delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For This role requires proven ROV industry experience – without it, you will not be considered. In addition, you'll bring:

  • A solid understanding of ROV operations and subsea services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • A minimum of 24 mths in a recruitment role - ideally in a 360 role or with the desire to step into one.
  • The ability to work well in a team
