We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a leading education recruitment consultancy, specialising in Special Educational Needs (SEN) recruitment.
This role is ideal for someone with
agency recruitment experience
who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about making a difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle within the SEN education space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals
  • Source, screen, and place qualified SEN staff
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in agency recruitment
  • Knowledge of the education sector, ideally SEN
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
