Our Wealth Management team is growing in key locations across the UK and makes a fantastic partnership with accountancy, where we can offer Tax advice and Wealth Management in the same office for our clients.

As a Wealth Processing Executive in our Wealth Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of business operations. Your primary responsibility will be to process business, coordinate with various stakeholders, and facilitate the efficient completion of critical tasks. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be crucial in mitigating bottlenecks and enhancing the overall client experience.

Wealth Processing Executive – Key Accountabilities

Transaction Processing

  • Accurately process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Raise fees and ensure correct application across client accounts.
  • Monitor client business from initiation through to completion, ensuring all elements are in place.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Verify the accuracy of financial records and maintain well-organized documentation.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Platform & System Usage

  • Use Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Input business across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Operate within the Intelliflo back-office system to manage client records, tasks, and workflows.

Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies, escalating issues where necessary.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Correspond professionally with both clients and providers to resolve queries and gather required information.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain strong communication standards.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and address transactional errors or inconsistencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain service quality.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

  • Stay informed about financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure all processing activities comply with relevant standards (e.g. FCA, GDPR).

Task Management & Team Support

  • Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to support operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial processing or a similar role.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CII) is desirable (not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of Provider/Platforms would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and financial systems, including Intelliflo.
