We take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces for a wide range of clients — from business parks and housing developments to schools and public grounds — with care, precision, and consistency.
We're expanding our team and have a number of exciting opportunities available, from experienced Team Leaders to Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operatives looking to start a rewarding career in the industry.
Available Positions
- Team Leaders – Experienced professionals capable of managing small teams, planning workloads, and ensuring high standards across sites.
- Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Skilled individuals with experience in commercial grounds care, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub pruning, and weed control.
- Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Entry-level positions with full training provided for those looking to start a career in grounds maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub pruning, vegetation management, and lawn care.
- Operate professional machinery, including our new fleet of battery-powered tools as part of our sustainability pledge.
- Work independently or as part of a team to maintain high standards across all client sites.
- Ensure safe and efficient working practices at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Team players who take pride in their work.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Experience in commercial grounds maintenance, use of professional equipment, and/or PA1/PA6 certification (an advantage for Operative and Team Leader roles, not essential for Trainees).
