About the Role: HGV Technician

We're seeking skilled HGV Technicians to join our team, working with a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles. You'll collaborate with a group of experienced professionals and be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across all vehicle types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
  • Perform routine servicing and scheduled maintenance.
  • Carry out reactive repairs as required.
  • Complete MOT preparation and presentation.
  • Diagnose and correct running defects.
  • Fulfil general HGV Technician duties as needed.

About You:

  • You have strong technical knowledge of HGVs and trailers.
  • Hold a Class 1 HGV licence (advantageous but not essential).
  • Possess industry-recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3) in Heavy Vehicle Service, Maintenance, and Repair.
  • Bring proven experience working as an HGV Technician.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £20.00-£24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
