BizClik is experiencing rapid global expansion across events, sponsorship and commercial partnerships. The Global Sponsorship Director is a critical role responsible for driving sponsorship revenue, shaping commercial strategy and elevating our global event portfolio.

This role exists to:

  • Strengthen BizClik's commercial position globally
  • Build relationships with the world's biggest brands
  • Secure high-value sponsorship packages across multiple sectors
  • Design scalable partnership models across our event portfolio

You will directly influence how the world's leading organisations engage with BizClik and our ever-growing ecosystem of media brands and events.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership and Strategy

  • Build and execute the global sponsorship strategy across all BizClik events.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and develop innovative asset packages.
  • Align sponsorship strategy with brand positioning, event content and audience data.
  • Develop new verticals, pricing models and revenue opportunities.

Global Partnership Growth

  • Lead high-level conversations with C-suite executives and enterprise brands.
  • Secure 5- and 6-figure sponsorship deals across multiple regions.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with industry leaders and strategic partners.
  • Represent BizClik as a commercial ambassador at global events.

Team Leadership

  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Support team members with coaching, forecasting and proposal development.

Event Integration and Delivery

  • Work cross-functionally with Events, Editorial, Design and Marketing teams to ensure sponsorship success.
  • Oversee fulfilment of sponsorship deliverables, ensuring world-class execution.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance speed, insight and commercial effectiveness.

Data, Insight and Performance

  • Forecast and report sponsorship revenue confidently and accurately.
  • Use CRM, analytics tools and AI insights to optimise performance.
  • Track global competitor activity and adjust commercial strategy accordingly.

  • Demonstrable leadership experience managing commercial teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience forecasting and managing pipelines.

Desirable

  • Experience across sustainability, supply chain, fintech, technology or related sectors.
  • Global sponsorship experience across multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, audience intelligence, data tools and AI platforms.
