Our focus is to supply a high level of customer service whilst giving our clients a fantastic return on investment. We specialise in the areas of education, Business Development Opportunities, and the built environment.We are seeking a senior self-motivated Exhibition Sales Manager to work within our flagship division to expertly sell exhibition/sponsorship space to new, existing and lapsed customers.This is a field and office-based role which involves being a part of an evolving team. Our renowned global shows attract high spending attendees and generate significant orders, playing host to multiple high-end product launches.If you fancy becoming part of this fantastic organisation and furthering your career in Exhibition/Sponsorship sales read on and get that CV ready...Key AccountabilitiesProject managing portfolio for market establishment, growth and meeting all deadlines for positive resultsSelling across products, exhibitions and sponsorship opportunitiesInput into development of products to keep pace with industry demandsAttending all relevant conferences, forums, exhibitions and awards to develop client relationships and keep up to date with the industryCoordinating all meetings production, senior management and team to discuss issues and any developments requiredMeeting and exceeding sales targetsPresentation of relevant information at exhibition project meetingsKnowledge and QualificationsStrong literacy and numeric skills requiredStrong written and verbal communications skillsComputer literateExperienceMinimum 5 years of exhibition sales experience is pivotalPolished and well-presented individual not afraid to get in front of clientsDigital / sponsorship sales experience preferredExperience of account management and adding value to customersPersonal AttributesResults orientatedCustomer / account focusedEngaging, empathetic with ability to challengePersonal credibilitySelf motivated, self sufficient and accountableOrganised, tenacious and committedPunctual for all meetings – internal and externalPositive and enthusiasticAdapts well to changeRemains calm and professional under pressureIf you are an accomplished business development professional who is excited by this new prospect then please do get in touch.Send your CV to tim@caseltonclark.co.uk to apply.Caselton Clark are a specialist recruitment agency for media, events, exhibitions, and conferences.
