Role and Responsibilities:

 

The Quality Control Technician at Attic Projects plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and workmanship. This position involves conducting thorough inspections at customers' homes to evaluate the quality of completed restoration projects, ensuring they meet company standards before advancing to the next phase. Additionally, the Quality Control Technician is the first point of contact for service calls, tasked with assessing customer concerns, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions to address problems. By maintaining high-quality standards and resolving post-project issues promptly, the Quality Control Technician upholds Attic Projects' commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.

 

You will do… 

  • Start work promptly at 7:00 AM and drive a company vehicle to assigned customer locations (3-4 visits a day).
  • Conduct detailed inspections of projects by checking attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and the surrounding areas of customers' homes.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues in ongoing or completed projects, with a focus on rodent-related problems or other quality concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and easing any frustrations, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Solve problems independently on-site, taking appropriate measures to rectify issues and ensure project standards are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and resolutions for reporting and follow-up.
 

You will be successful if you…

 
  • Have clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
  • Are experienced in quality control, site inspections in residential construction projects
  • Have the ability to crawl in small, tight spaces and climb and descend of ladders or attic stairs and roofs
  • Have previous Pest Control / Rodent Control experience
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers
  • Can solve problems efficiently and independently

Details:

 

Job Type: Full-time, On-site, not remote

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Starting at 7am, 8-10 hrs 

Wage Range: $24- $28 per hour
