Job Purpose

The Group Creative Designer will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life across all four divisions, producing high-quality creative that improves every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role blends strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design skills to deliver beautiful, consistent and effective creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs from the Creative Manager and turn them into high-quality, on-brand creative solutions
• Design and deliver creative assets for a range of channels, including print, brochures, digital, social media, email, and collateral in showrooms.
• Produce artwork and campaign materials with precision and consistency, ensuring all deliverables meet the creative managers standards.
• Support the production of photography and videography, from concept development to final execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure creative assets are fit for purpose and optimised for engagement and conversion.
• Assist in evolving the visual identity across all brands, ensuring design is fresh, distinctive, and aligned with our luxury positioning.
• Maintain an organised workflow, managing multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new ideas and inspiration to the team.
• Prepare final artwork for production, liaising with printers and suppliers to ensure high-quality output.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all creative work.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience as a designer in a multi-channel environment, ideally within a luxury or premium brand.
• Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality design from concept to production.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Passion for design, branding, and creativity, with a drive to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
• Understanding of photography, videography, and print production processes is a plus.
