Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a Marketing Account Manager who lives and breathes digital. With a true passion for social and a knack for strategy, you'll work alongside our Head of Marketing to bring our clients' visions to life. From ideation to execution, you'll ensure campaigns not only run smoothly but also achieve (and exceed) their potential.

You're a natural communicator, a solutions-focused problem solver, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll be the key to aligning our clients' needs with our team's expertise, helping craft ideas that break boundaries and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns, ensuring everything is on-brand and aligned with strategy.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that engage, delight, and perform.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to define, create, and manage original content across multiple platforms.
  • Own client communication, keeping them updated and engaged while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Handle account workflows, ensuring clear and effective briefing, project management, and adherence to processes.
  • Support senior leadership in pitching bold, innovative ideas to clients.
  • Prepare and raise job estimates and invoices while managing accounts through Streamtime.
  • Report monthly account performance to the Senior Account Managers and oversee weekly WIP meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing or account management role.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
  • Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
