The Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you'll be the face of Rustic Cup. Greeting guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the floor.

This is a hands-on role that requires energy, attention to detail, and pride in your work. Cleaning, resetting, and closing duties are part of the job, and we expect care and consistency in everything you do.

You'll work closely with our barista and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold the high standards Rustic Cup is known for.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Calm under pressure and confident in a busy cafe environment

  • Basic knowledge of specialty coffee is a plus, we'll teach you
