Role Overview:

We are looking for reliable and experienced Handymen to complete residential and commercial jobs, including:

  • Minor repairs and installations
  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic carpentry
  • Fixture replacements
  • General handyman duties

You will work as a self-employed subcontractor — choose your availability and we'll allocate jobs to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
  • Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance
  • Assist with installation of fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Follow all UK health & safety standards at all times
  • Respond promptly to client requests
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in property maintenance
  • Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Must speak and understand English
  • Must have own tools and valid Public Liability Insurance (£1,000,000 minimum)
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and professional

Note: MNFG provides jobs, clients, and payments. Subcontractors are fully self-employed and responsible for their own tools, transport, and insurance.
