What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Delivering excellent residential property sales service
  • Spotting and acting on sales opportunities proactively
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Working with a market-leading team to maintain and grow the client base
  • Representing the agency within the local Epsom and surrounding areas

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience as a residential estate agent
  • Excellent sales ability with a target-driven, tenacious attitude
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Strong telephone manner and positive outlook
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Epsom and surrounding areas advantageous
  • Full driving license and own car essential
  • Professional approach to estate agency
