Founders Guide isn't "another chatbot." It's an AI Co-Founder that
remembers your business,
your goals, milestones, and challenges and grows with you. Unlike general AI tools, Founders Guide uses persistent memory and real-time data to provide tailored, actionable guidance for founders. We've validated the concept, built the early framework, and refined our go-to-market strategy. The next step is bringing on a technical co-founder to help bring this vision to life. Early January 2026 is our MVP launch goal. With

The Role

As Founding CTO, you will:

  • Lead technical development: AI integration, backend architecture, and platform scalability
  • Build the core memory system that remembers user context and delivers actionable insights
  • Shape the technical product roadmap and architecture
  • Take ownership of operations including infrastructure, bookkeeping, and compliance if desired
  • Work directly with the CEO, Jude Ramsell, who handles commercial strategy and operations

This is a founder-level role. We're looking for someone who thinks like a co-founder, not a contractor.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced with AI, LLM integration, and full-stack development
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly self-motivated
  • Passionate about startups, automation, and building tools that scale
  • Comfortable putting in the hours required, nights, weekends, or early mornings if needed
  • Excited to commit full-time as Founders Guide grows
  • Able to collaborate effectively in-person or virtually
  • Eager to take ownership of both technical delivery and operational processes

Non-negotiable mindset:

No "clock-in/clock-out" mentality. We need someone who sees this as a mission and is willing to go all-in to deliver a scalable product.

Equity & Ownership

  • 65% equity remains guaranteed for the CEO/founder
  • Up to 35% equity available through a vesting schedule linked to KPIs and milestones
  • Vesting ensures equity is tied to execution, speed, quality, and ownership, not promises
