Abracadabra+ is a queer-founded social and experience platform on a mission to empower LGBTQI+ people globally — culturally, socially, and economically.

We're building a new digital home where queer people can connect authentically, discover local experiences, build community, and show up as themselves without limitations.

What began as a small queer-led initiative has evolved into a rapidly growing platform with a vibrant community behind it:

We're now looking for our 
next co-founder
 to help elevate this vision into a global movement.

About the Role: Co-Founder (CTO / Technical Co-Founder / Product Co-Founder)

This is an opportunity to shape Abracadabra+ from the ground up — its identity, its technology, and its future.

As a Co-Founder at Abracadabra+, you will:

Build

  • Lead or guide the technical architecture and product roadmap
  • Collaborate closely to evolve the platform into a global, scalable product
  • Help define our long-term tech strategy

Shape

  • Influence the trajectory of queer digital culture
  • Help build a safe, joyful, radically inclusive ecosystem
  • Bring your insights, network, and creative energy to the founding table

Grow

  • Scale a product that already has early traction and global resonance
  • Join a mission-led company at the most meaningful moment — the beginning
  • Build the foundation for our next 6–9 months and our first institutional raise
