We are a SME specialising as a Electronic Security Systems installer and Maintainer working within the Rail and Utilities Sectors (Electricity and Water).

Role and Responsibilities
· Reporting to HSEQ Manager
· Implementing, monitoring and reviewing HSE strategies, policies and procedures.
· Ensure contractor employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers adhere to HSE requirements
· Support in achieving / maintaining the companies ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001
· Delivering TBT, training and promoting awareness of health and safety obligations.
· Conducting risk assessments, audits and site inspections.
· Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
· Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HSE standards are adhered to.
· Reporting on HSE performance to senior management.
· Participating in continuous improvement initiatives in the area of HSE.
· Representing TTSL on clients HSE forums, Teams calls, HESEC's etc.,
Experience Required
· Membership of a Health & Safety professional body.
· Implementing Health & Safety systems and controls
· NEBOSH qualified
· IOSH Membership
· Proven experience in a similar role
Preferred Skills
Essentials
· Min. of 5 years of experience in Health & Safety, Quality and Compliance background
· Previous auditing experience ISO9001, 14001, 45001
· Experience in NSI NACOSS Gold Scheme
· Knowledge of requirements of the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015
· Ability to communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce
· Good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
· Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
· Good observation ability and outstanding attention to details
· Good organisation & communication skills to produce concise information
· Ability to priorities, work to tight deadlines, both prescribed and self-imposed
· Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
· Self-motivated and able to drive behavior to motivate others
· Competent with Microsoft software packages
· Must hold a full UK driving license.

Terms and Conditions
This is a full-time permanent role based in Sidcup, Kent and will see you travelling to sites across the South East of England. We are offering a competitive salary between £ £55000 depending on experience.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
