Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior administrative experience. Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services with professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and organising meetings
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
  • Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
  • Support other administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
