Role: Junior Account Manager
Function: Performance Creative | Account Management | Influencer Coordination
Responsibility: Managing communication with all campaign and content stakeholders
Reports to: Senior Account Manager
Location: Remote - 2 days in the office per month (Hambi Media HQ, Oval, Central London)
Compensation: £30,000 - £45,000 + Bonus/ Benefit Scheme + 27 Days Paid Holiday
Hambi Media is the UK's leading performance creative agency for D2C and e-commerce brands. With in-house strategy, production, UGC and design teams, we deliver creative that doesn't just look great - it performs.
We've produced more than £100M worth of creative across Meta and TikTok for brands like Heights, Surreal, 47 Skin, Mindful Chef and Nutrition Geeks, acting as the creative engine that helps ambitious brands scale.
As a fast-growing team built from advertising, film and performance marketing talent, we blend creative craft with commercial clarity. Our Account Managers sit at the centre of this - ensuring our clients feel supported, understood and confident in the work we deliver.
We're looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships, keep projects moving, and ensure our clients receive a world-class service from briefing through to delivery.
You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients - translating goals into clear plans, keeping communication tight, working closely with our Strategists, Media Buyers and Creatives, and ensuring every campaign lands on time and with impact.
This isn't a pure delivery role - you'll act as a commercial and strategic partner, guiding clients, spotting opportunities, and helping us deliver creative that drives measurable growth.
What You'll Manage- Own day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Lead client calls, updates and campaign check-ins.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate internal teams (strategists, production, creative, media buying) to deliver campaigns smoothly.
- Ensure deadlines, milestones and deliverables are met across all projects.
- Provide clear, data-driven updates and performance insights.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively present solutions.
- Monitor creative performance and flag opportunities for optimisation.
- Act as the final quality control check for creative assets before delivery.
- Support influencer/UGC coordination where needed (briefs, timelines, asset delivery).
- Champion client satisfaction, retention and long-term growth.
- 2+ years' experience in account management, client services or project management (agency experience preferred).
- Background in D2C, performance creative or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
- Confident communicator who can lead calls and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
- Commercial awareness - able to understand KPIs, growth levers and campaign goals.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
- Comfortable with creative workflows and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with paid social ecosystems (Meta/TikTok) and how brands succeed on these platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to keep projects moving.
- Ownership-driven - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- Client-first - you build relationships based on trust, clarity and support.
- Commercially minded - always looking for ways to create more value.
- Calm and confident - able to lead communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-focused - you keep things organised, aligned and on schedule.
- Collaborative - you enjoy working closely with a high-performance team.
- Positive and proactive - you solve problems before they become problems.
- Client Portfolio: Work with a diverse range of D2C and e-commerce brands, spanning multiple niches and continents.
- Exceptional Team: Collaborate with a world-class team of motivated and high-performing individuals.
- Career Growth: Enjoy opportunities for rapid career progression in a fast-growing agency.
- Work-Life Balance: 27 days paid holiday (plus your birthday off), hybrid working, and flexibility to work abroad for up to 30 days.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Private health and dental insurance, company pension scheme, and structured training programs.
- Dynamic Culture: A fun, happiness-driven environment with regular team-building activities and a beautiful Central London office.
