About This Role
The Supply Chain Project Manager plays a critical role in designing and delivering global transformation programs across Just Eat 's supply chain operations, spanning logistics for purchased goods and the wider ecosystem of systems and processes. This role bridges strategic vision with technical execution, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of platforms such as Salesforce B2B, Anaplan, and MuleSoft—not only with internal systems but also with key supply chain partners, including warehouses and distribution providers. You will lead cross-functional program teams, act as the system integration architect, and support long-term, confidential strategy initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and operational scalability across our international footprint.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home Reporting to: The Head of Supply Chain
*These are some of the key components to the position:*

  • Lead and execute complex global transformation programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and chair steering committees with VP and Senior Director stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared success.
  • Serve as lead system architect for Anaplan S&OP, Salesforce B2B Commerce, and MuleSoft, designing scalable flows and integration strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data models, integration specs, and process documentation, driving technical excellence.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, implement change, and oversee supplier coordination, contracts, and vendor roadmaps.
  • Deliver sensitive, high-impact programs while managing governance, end-user training, and platform adoption globally.

  • Comfortable working with enterprise technologies, integration platforms, and cloud-based tools
  • Clear communicator who builds trust and alignment across internal and external partners
