We are a family run printing business with 2 sites across the UK we cover a wide range of print including litho, digital and large format. We have a friendly and fun working environment looking for a like minded person to join our ever growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and achieve sales targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base

  • Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in print sales, team management and sales management

  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
