Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A motivated property Sales Negotiator is sought for a smart independent agency in the Chelmsford area. Ideal for someone with some previous residential property sales experience and strong customer service skills looking to progress their estate agency career.

Our client, a successful independent multi-office agency, is seeking a confident and driven Sales Negotiator to join their Chelmsford team.

This role suits someone looking to build their career within a supportive company, offering excellent earning potential and clear progression opportunities. Local knowledge of the area would be beneficial. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings and providing feedback
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Supporting office activity and team targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator
  • Strong sales ability and proactive approach
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive telephone manner and professional presentation
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and well organised
  • Knowledge of Chelmsford, Danbury, or surrounding areas is useful
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional approach to Estate Agency
