The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team and leading the front line. You'll help keep operations running smoothly, motivate the team during busy periods, and ensure every customer receives great service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Support, guide, and motivate team members during shifts.
  • Shift Supervision: Assist with running shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong teamwork.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, efficient service and handle customer queries confidently.
  • Standards & Compliance: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand standards are followed at all times.
  • Operational Support: Help with opening and closing duties, stock checks, and day-to-day tasks.
  • HSE: Promote a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, or retail.
  • A positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading by example.
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn.
