Trainee Quality Controller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to start a career in the arboriculture sector. As a Trainee Quality Controller, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards across our sites.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carry out pre-site and post-site audits to ensure safety, compliance, and quality of work.
  • Record findings accurately and report any issues or risks through our internal CRM.
  • Work closely with managers and arborists to maintain high operational standards
  • Follow health & safety protocols at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot issues during site inspections
  • Good communication skills for reporting and teamwork
  • IT skills for completing audit forms and digital reports
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • A full UK driving licence (mandatory)
