About Ozria Consulting

We help ambitious UK SMEs transform messy, overloaded finance functions into clean, organised and scalable operations.

Our clients range from £100k start-ups to £10m+ multi-entity businesses across creative agencies, professional services, tech/SaaS, e-commerce, recruitment, FMCG and crypto.

We support them with finance clean-ups, month-end & management accounts, cashflow and forecasting, audit readiness, systems improvements, and ongoing outsourced finance support.

What You'll Work On

Depending on your experience, you may support clients with:

  • Month-end close & management accounts
  • Reconciliations & ledger clean-up
  • Cashflow support & forecasting
  • Audit preparation
  • Systems tidy-ups (Xero/QBO/Sage)
  • Process improvements
  • Supporting SMEs through ongoing retainer work

We're Looking For

Freelancers with experience in:

Bookkeeping & reconciliations

Month-end & management accounts

Financial control / senior accounting

Audit-prep & clean-up projects

Process improvement / systems optimisation

Accounting generalists are highly valued

If you've worked across multiple areas of finance: bookkeeping → reporting → systems → controls, we definitely want to hear from you.

Experience with UK SMEs and tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage is ideal or simply being confident learning new tools quickly.
