Drive digital transformation in wealth management. Join us as a Business Consultant to help banks and wealth managers integrate our OPAL financial planning solution and empower advisers to deliver smarter, compliant advice.
Do you understand UK financial advice and how software helps advisers meet client needs and regulations? Can you support banks and wealth managers in integrating our OPAL solution across their systems? Are you ready to grow our UK presence, collaborate internationally, and mentor others? If this sounds like you, apply now for the
Business Consultant
role in our
Wealth Management Solutions
team. Based in London, you'll work with OPAL to support clients and drive growth.

What do we have to offer?
Join us as a Business Consultant partnering closely with our UK Sales Representative and colleagues in London and the Netherlands. You'll engage directly with UK wealth managers and banks to showcase and embed
OPAL
—our advanced goal‑based financial planning tool that translates client goals into optimal investment strategies. OPAL brings together personal ambitions, cash‑flow projections, and risk appetite, tracks progress over time, and uses a built‑in economic scenario generator to stress‑test plans across market conditions.

You Will

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert across the advice journey and act as commercial support lead for the UK & Ireland.
  • Translate adviser and client needs into clear, persuasive demonstrations of how OPAL addresses regulatory, operational, and client‑engagement challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses aligned with FCA Consumer Duty and suitability standards.
  • Drive adviser adoption, guide API integrations into client apps and websites, and help win new clients while opening untapped advisory segments.
  • Provide thought leadership on advice trends, risk profiling, investment suitability, and engagement, positioning us as a trusted partner.
  • Design workshops, pilots, and proofs of concept, and act as the bridge between sales, product, and client teams—feeding adviser‑centric insights into OPAL's roadmap.
  • Role‑model best practices while mentoring junior colleagues.

A typical week might include: delivering a bank training on "Improving Business Success with Goal‑Based Planning using OPAL," drafting an onboarding plan for a new client, contributing to a marketing campaign and feature‑refinement session, and joining the UK Sales Representative for prospect meetings.

This role blends client impact, product influence, and commercial growth—shaping how UK advisers deliver modern, compliant, and engaging financial advice with OPAL.

Introducing: the team
You'll be part of the OPAL Client Servicing Team, a diverse group of highly skilled professionals working in a collaborative and relaxed environment. Personal initiative and mutual support are central to our culture, and we pride ourselves on working closely together to deliver exceptional results.
