OverviewThe Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) enables Mastercard to develop solutions & bundles for prioritised Customer segments.
It is the housing for all Mastercard capabilities and aims to drive Mastercard growth and revenue by creating and selling compelling, data-driven, scalable, needs-based solutions to new and existing Customers, tapping into Mastercard's extensive toolbox of products and service offerings.
There are two main business functions within the CSC, Products and Solutions and Customer Solutions Architects. Products and Solutions are responsible for in market Product strategy and expertise covering technical product features / capabilities. Customer Solutions Architects are responsible for Customer solutioning and combining products into holistic customer propositions.
As Product Solutions Enablement Specialist, Digital Products & Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our acceptance partners' enablement plan with focusing Merchants, and amongst other digital enablement solutions, helping them to design the integration of Tokenisation within their payment platform and ecommerce website. You will work closely with UK&I Sales, Regional Product, and Delivery teams to ensure the organization successfully executes on its enablement plan.
Role
As a Product Solutions Enablement Specialist for Merchants & Commerce within the Digital Product & Solutions organisation, you will be the 'go to' product enablement expert, and in turn be responsible for:
• Identifying and driving the successful Tokenisation solution architecture for PSPs and Merchants to provide showcases in UK&I
• Providing specialist support to the sales teams in pre and after sales partner meetings with detailed high level technical understanding of product features to identify and implement solutions (in partnership with both Product Enablement Manager and the regional product manager in the European Product Management team)
• Providing expert level product support to customers implementing the solutions
• Supporting the technical solution discovery and workshops with customers to design best in class consumer experiences
• Guiding and partnering with customers to deliver the best possible UX related to Mastercard's products
• Having the ability to communicate situationally with technically literate and non-literate stakeholders to build and implement new features as required
• Regularly interacting with regional product enablement team and technical teams to develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the products
• Advising and helping to prevent well known technical issues
• Becoming a subject matter expert in Mastercard Digital Products
Required Skills
• Product enablement skills including customer facing experience
• 2+ years of experience working in sales enablement or as a product manager
• Payment Industry experience (mainly card not present) is desirable as well as market experience in a PSP or Merchant
• Experience supporting teams and presenting products to customers including high level technical integration or similar web-based technologies into existing systems. High attention to details, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency and strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical topics in simple terms; able to think quickly and react to client-impacting situations
• Able to build rapport and communicate not just the product but understanding the commercial benefits for both the customer and Mastercard.
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with limited direction
• Familiarity with a range of web-based front-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, ASP, .Net, Java, XML / HTML, SQL and how their ecosystem works
• Ability to travel
