Senior Night Carer – 36 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Night Carer to join our team. This is a key role within the home, supporting our residents through the night and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.

Shift Pattern:

36 hours per week – night shifts.

About the Role

As a Senior Night Carer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising the night shift team
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Conducting thorough and clear handovers
  • Ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care
  • Responding promptly to residents' needs throughout the night
  • Completing documentation to a high standard
  • Promoting a safe, calm, and supportive environment for both residents and staff

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a care setting (elderly care preferred)
  • Holds a medication administration qualification or equivalent experience
  • Has strong leadership and communication skills
  • Is reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
  • Understands the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centred care
  • Is confident in making decisions and supporting staff during the night

Pay: From £12.85 per hour
