Collection Strategy Analyst

About the Role

The Collection Strategy Analyst will support the delivery of configuration and strategy changes across ORCA, EDGE, and SQL-based configuration areas.

The role assists with building, testing, documentation, incident investigation, daily operational routines, and analysis to support ongoing optimisation and excellent strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and testing configuration and strategy updates across ORCA, EDGE, and SQL configuration packages.
  • Use SQL and data queries to analyse results and support performance improvement.
  • Support investigation of configuration and strategy incidents.
  • Run daily operational routines, including the daily lettering process and other scheduled tasks.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation (logic flows, Visio diagrams, change notes).
  • Build or update client-specific communications (letters, SMS, email templates).
  • Support UAT and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain version control and governance discipline.
  • Work closely with the Senior Analyst and Client Services to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Develop technical and analytical skills through hands-on work.

  • Learning progression (SQL and configuration skills).

Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in analytical or operations roles beneficial.
  • Interest in developing SQL and technical skills.
