Senior Collection Strategy Analyst

About the Role

The Senior Collection Strategy Analyst will act as the technical specialist for delivering strategies and configuration across ORCA, EDGE, and SQL-based configuration packages.

The role supports performance improvement by building, testing, analysing, and optimising strategy logic, and by providing expert support in incident investigation and controlled experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement strategy and configuration changes across ORCA, EDGE, and SQL packages.
  • Use SQL to analyse performance, explore improvement opportunities, and validate logic.
  • Support the design and delivery of test-and-learn activity (A/B testing, controlled experiments).
  • Present analysis, findings, and recommendations using clear visuals and structured presentations.
  • Investigate and resolve strategy and configuration incidents, identifying root cause.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation (logic flows, Visio maps, change notes, evidence packs).
  • Deliver client-specific configuration updates.
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and go-live readiness.
  • Coach and mentor the Collection Strategy Analysts.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Client Services, and Operations to align strategy decisions.

  • Speed and depth of incident investigation and resolution.
  • Quality of documentation and governance adherence.
  • Contribution to strategy optimisation and test-and-learn outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in configuration, strategy, or analytics roles.
  • Strong SQL capability essential.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
