The Opportunity

I'm currently partnered with a leading property litigation team that's consistently ranked for the quality of its work, client base, and technical expertise. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-quality work, the team is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join on a fully remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable litigator to work on high-volume, high-quality instructions for some of the UK's largest property owners and institutional landlords. You'll be joining a supportive, well-structured team with excellent training, clear progression pathways, and access to an enviable client base.

The Role

  • Running your own caseload of residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including service charge recovery, lease breaches, possession claims, and disrepair.
  • Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk, and compliance matters.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and settlement correspondence.
  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court hearings and mediation.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, fee earners, and team leaders to ensure efficient file progression and exceptional client service.
  • Supporting junior team members where appropriate and engaging with client relationship management activity.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
  • Confident in handling a busy, fast-paced caseload with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while being part of a collaborative virtual team.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing legal team.
