I'm currently partnered with a leading property litigation team that's consistently ranked for the quality of its work, client base, and technical expertise. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-quality work, the team is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join on a fully remote basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable litigator to work on high-volume, high-quality instructions for some of the UK's largest property owners and institutional landlords. You'll be joining a supportive, well-structured team with excellent training, clear progression pathways, and access to an enviable client base.
Running your own caseload of residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including service charge recovery, lease breaches, possession claims, and disrepair.
Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk, and compliance matters.
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while being part of a collaborative virtual team.
A proactive mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing legal team.
