About Us
Thank you for expressing an interest in the role of Deputy Headteacher Bolnore Village Primary School.
We are looking to appoint an inspirational, committed leader who will further enhance both our leadership team and the lives and learning of our children, staff, and community.
At Bolnore our vision is for our children to thrive and be their Bolnore Brilliant Best in our close-knit community where everyone belongs. Supported by the fantastic Bolnore team of staff and governors, our children develop a set of core skills that help them to grow in their academic, physical, emotional and spiritual development.
Our Bolnore Values are at the heart of everything we do to prepare our children for their future. As a community, we teach our children to be Resilient and Respectful, to Work Together and Aim High and to Celebrate diversity and achievement; our ethos is grounded in our strapline that "It takes a village to raise a child".
These values underpin our well planned, broad and balanced curriculum, teaching children to embrace challenging questions and allowing them to apply and develop their cognitive skills. This creates a learning environment where the success of each child is paramount.
The school community lies at the heart of Bolnore: staff, parents, children, governors, volunteers and our local organisations work together as a team to ensure that our children thrive and develop to be their best. Therefore, as Deputy Headteacher, you would be a key role in working with and for our wonderful community as we grow together to be our best.
