What you'll be doing:
Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Slough Borough Council is looking for 4 Strategic Commissioners to lead the way in shaping adult social care. You'll drive services across Mental Health, Autism and Learning Disabilities, Older People, Prevention and Carers, or Technology Enabled Care, turning strategy into action and improving outcomes for residents.

In this role, you'll oversee high-value services, work closely with residents, providers, and partners, and ensure the care market delivers quality, innovation, and value for money. Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your Director.
