The role
As a Flight Operations Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for the daily coordination of the company's fleet operations, ensuring customer requirements, aircraft maintenance schedules, and pilot training needs are met efficiently and on time.
Day-to-day, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Helicopter Emergency Medical Service and Police Support Helicopter clients
- Coordinate daily customer liaison and internal resources to meet service levels and contractual obligations
- Produce and manage pilot rosters in line with Ground Operations and Operations Manuals
- Collaborate with Flight Operations to identify and support internal pilot training needs, ensuring operational integrity.
This role is full time working 40 hours per week, offering hybrid working arrangements based in Staverton, Gloucestershire.
Essential experience of the Flight Operations Administrator:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all stakeholder levels, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database platforms
- Strong administrative capabilities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness.
Qualifications for the Flight Operations Administrator:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
