THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Programme Manager to join the PMO and Product Governance team within Form3.
This role will act as a key contributor within product development and go to market programmes for Form3's product offerings, working alongside some of the most talented professionals within technology and financial products.
Partnering closely with internal and external product development stakeholders, you will hold responsibility for overseeing every element of the end-to-end process required to launch Form3's products into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver key technological capabilities for Form3 and our clients.Hold responsibility for creating delivery plans, defining scope, monitoring, reporting, and driving execution against programme plans.Manage programme delivery according to prioritisation to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.Oversee the timely delivery of programmes, helping to monitor capacity across project streams.Establish governance frameworks and provide alignment, enabling our teams to consistently deliver value to customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and emergent issues, ensuring that escalation processes are appropriate and timely.WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
Form3's Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for a collaborative and versatile Programme Manager who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team.
3-5 years' experience in a Programme Manager or similar role.Relevant experience working on Payments technology-related programmes or projects, ideally within a start-up / scale-up, or product- / platform-based company.Proven ability to manage successful outcomes and programme delivery within the FinTech sector across multiple technologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience having presented insightful and actionable project reports and updates to stakeholders and customers.Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies in an ever-changing environment.A self-starter mindset, demonstrating good levels of energy and enthusiasm.Desirable
Qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMP; APM; Agile).Hands-on experience working with Agile teams on Cloud-native applications.Prior experience working with Product and Engineering teams across UK, European and US time zones.THE TEAM
PMO & Governance sits within Form3's Product Team, who together are responsible for creating real-time cutting-edge payment technology products for FinTechs, Banks and other Financial Institutions. Within Form3, the Programme Manager collaborates with key partners across the business, overseeing the successful delivery of programmes, business line outputs and products.
This role sits within the UK Product team, where the key focus is to build and run best-in-class payments services. It is a fast-paced, collaborative team, who are proud of Form3's market-leading UK product offering.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Stage One: Screening Call with the Talent Team
Stage Two: Presentation – Programme Governance Call
Stage Three: Zoom Interview with the Hiring Manager and a member of the Product Team
Stage Four: Executive Review with the Chief Product Officer
We always aim to stick to the above process; however, there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is required for us to be sure we are hiring the right person
