We are looking for a pro-active administrator to join our Business Faculty to provide high-quality administrative support for part-time distance learning courses. This role will be working on the distance-learning portal, with an emphasis on learner retention and course monitoring.

The hours for this role are 2 days per week.

Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 3 November 2025.

Your duties

You will:

  • Monitor learner attendance and progress across multiple part-time courses.
  • Apply red, amber, green (RAG) ratings to identify at-risk learners and escalate concerns.
  • Maintain accurat records of learner contact, support actions and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Person specification

The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • Competent user of Excel.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ideally a Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • GCSE English and Maths Grace 4 or equivalent
