We are looking for an Administrator in our Student Services team to support the admissions process over the summer.

You will join our vibrant and efficient permanent Student Services team over the summer to assist the service they provide and ensure the students have everything they need for a successful September start.

This vacancy is 37 hours per week for up to 12 weeks leading up to September. Working hours may vary to suit the individual and College needs, however, early evening and weekend work will be required.
**Your duties

You will:

- Lead course groups through the online enrolment process.
- Identify, chase and escalate non-completions.
- Assist with interviewing and enrolling students.
- Support with transport and accommodation for new students

**Person specification
- Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages
- Availability for early evening and weekend work
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirement
