Overview

At Pretty Hair & Beauty Salon we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organisation across various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
  • Maintain supplies and inform management when stock levels are low
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
  • Assist with organising storage areas and disposing of waste responsibly
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding politely to client queries or requests
  • Drive company vehicles when required for transportation between sites or supplies

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cleaning or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled periods
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance
