Delivery Recruitment Consultant

The role

The Delivery Recruitment Consultant will focus on supporting experienced consultants by managing the candidate side of the recruitment process. This includes:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for live construction roles
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
  • Developing specialist knowledge of the construction market
  • Working closely with senior consultants to meet delivery and team targets
