Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Junior Recruitment Consultant based in central Bristol, with some flexibility for remote work. The Junior Recruitment Consultant will engage in sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process, and building strong relationships with clients and applicants to support the recruitment process. The role involves working collaboratively with the team to meet hiring goals and maintain exceptional service quality.

Remunerations and Benefits

Starting salary: £26,000 per annum
(regular salary reviews and clear path to increases based on performance)

Very competitive and achievable commission scheme with no lower threshold

Full training and development plan, sector specific, dedicated and personal

Flexible working after probation – 4 days a week in office,
with start/finish flexibility,
1 day from home

23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus birthday off, plus Xmas week shutdown (allowance increases with long service)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Recruitment is ideal, but we are mainly looking for a good attitude and determination
  • Consulting skills with the ability to advise and support both candidates and clients
  • Experience in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates effectively is helpful
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and liaise with stakeholders
  • Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Know your goals and have the desire to achieve them
  • Knowledge of the Freight, Logistics, or Transport industry is advantageous but not necessary
