You will:
- provide support to the Home's Manager and the Business Support Assistant Manager to maintain management information for the Head of Service
- be a go-to person for help and support in administration and finance processes in a busy and fast changing environment
- provide administrative support to the Children's Home operational team
- have a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and financial processes
- to be able to manage your own time and workload to meet challenging deadlines
- have good communication and IT skills, with an ability to contribute to a team approach
- have the ability to work confidently under your own initiative and work independently to resolve a range of issues
- have a keen eye for detail and show accuracy
- be able to contribute to improving systems both in the Home and across the service.

The Children's Home are mixed-gendered, aged years old.
