Role Purpos
eWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Academy medical team. The role focuses on providing Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for the PDP specifically within the 18's programme. You will contribute to injury prevention, acute management, and evidence-based rehabilitation to optimise player health, performance, and availability

- esDeliver injury assessment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and return-to-play programmes for academy player

- s.Provide pitchside cover and emergency aid during training and matches (maintaining ATMMIF accreditation
- ).Collaborate closely with coaching, medical, and sports science staff to ensure a holistic approach to player car
- e.Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches to support injury management and recover
- y.Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge, incorporating the latest clinical and scientific developments into practic
- e.Keep accurate and compliant medical records in line with legislation and club standard
- s.Support the development of academy therapists through Continuous Professional Development (CPD
