Hey

I'm on the lookout for a senior SAP specialist to join a big, complex S/4HANA programme looking for an SAP S/4HANA Operations Design Lead to bridge the gap between IT and Operations.

You'll take ownership of the tech capability across Quality, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Supply Chain Planning, making sure design and delivery align with the global S/4 strategy. Think integration, governance, stakeholder management, and making sure everything fits together seamlessly across SAP and Non-SAP systems (if you ask nicely I'll let you know what they are)

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the design and delivery of the global SAP S/4 solution for your capability area.
  • Guide IT Product Leads through design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Ensure alignment with business process design and SAP standard functionality.
  • Oversee integration across systems and data, working closely with Architecture and Integration teams.
  • Support localisation, deployment, and hypercare phases post go-live.

What you'll need:

  • End-to-end SAP delivery experience on complex, global transformation programmes.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and operations processes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4

There's a 12 month initial contract on offer paying £600 per day (outside IR35). It's a hybrid set up and you'll need to be comfortable being onsite in the North West a few times per month (the client are covering expenses).
