Your role

As a valued member of our ServiceNow team, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to our collective success. You'll be empowered to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, especially around Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer experience.
  • Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness.

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience

We're looking for people who bring a mix of technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. If you don't meet every requirement but feel excited about the role, we encourage you to apply.

  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes.
  • Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
