As a Bar Host at Cloud 23, your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome (ensuring they are taken to their seats and menus are explained); manage the booking systems to keep track of reservations and ensure confirmations are sent to all customers; assisting our customers in person, over the phone and via email with any queries or complaints and working with the Bar Management team to ensure a seamless service at all times.

We are looking for someone who has… 

• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends 
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Host, Receptionist or Senior Waiting Staff
• Experience using an F&B booking system is preferred 
• Overall, ready to work in the Manchester Deansgate team and provide our guests with a warm Manchester welcome
